I have worked with Dom twice-weekly for over four years, in which time he has helped me from a standing start in terms of gym work to the best physical and mental condition since my late teens.

Under Dom’s guidance, and despite a lifestyle which makes routine and healthy choices a challenge, my strength, posture and body shape have improved massively along with my understanding of good nutrition, which is essential when I travel and it is easy to eat easy but unhealthy options.
