1 Interpretation

Goods – any goods supplied to the Buyer are supplied as a drop shipping service, supplied directly from the company

1.2 Singular words include the plural and vice versa.
1.3 Reference to gender covers all genders.
1.4 The Site is intended for use by persons or business resident in the United Kingdom and most countries outside of the UK, Customs permitting.
1.5 The Site is available free of charge for personal and business use.
2 Product Terms
The product information on Dom Hills Health website has been provided by the manufacturers and suppliers of these goods. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure that the content on the website is correct, we do rely on our suppliers to inform us of any product changes so that the website can be updated accordingly. Our role is to distribute the products, we do not offer a nutritional or product advice service. Please consult a healthcare professional before taking any of the supplements purchased from Dom Hills Health.
2.1 Orders placed and purchases made are governed as follows:

2.1.3 Should we not be able to supply an item for a reason beyond our control we will not accept liability.
2.1.4 Placing an order does not necessarily mean we will fulfil it. Only when we invoice and dispatch the Goods is the Contract between the Buyer and Company acknowledged and confirmed.
2.1.5 Delivery will be made to the address given when placing your order.
2.1.6 Depending on the size and value of the order it will be dispatched either by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or by courier. If any item is out of stock, the product will be put on back order and sent out as soon as it is back in stock.
2.1.7 Carriage charges to UK destinations excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man are as follows:
Postage and packaging is free.
We do not ship overseas, or outside of mainland United Kingdom.
2.1.8 If Royal Mail or the courier used by the supplement company fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full or it is beyond our control we will not be held liable and you should contact the company from whom the supplement directly came from. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss and will aid in contacting the company if needed on your behalf.
2.1.9 If you’re looking to return an item then please check the returns policy with the supplement company that the item was shipped from and contact dom hills health to file for a return and refund. Once the item is confirmed returned to the relevant company in a fit state for re-sale then a refund will be issued. Please email all enquiries to contact@domhillshealth.co.uk
2.1.10 Any items damaged must be notified within 48 hours of receipt to the relevant supplement company, and dom hills health via email to contact@domhillshealth.co.uk
2.1.11 An order may be subject to cancellation to the email in 2.1.10 and should be done as soon as possible. Since we have no control over dispatch time if the product has been dispatched then a return will be required.
2.1.12 Payment may be made by Stripe – all in pounds sterling. You will be charged for any Goods at the point of order. Our liability to you relating to any order will not exceed the total value for the particular goods.
3 The Law
These Terms & Conditions as numbered 1 to 8 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English Courts will rule over any disputes. If any of the Terms are held by any Court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable in whole or part, this will not reflect in the validity of the other terms which will still be valid and enforceable to the extend allowed by law.
4 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and will publish these on our site as they occur and apply from the day of publication.
5 Security
If Dom Hills Health suspect that there might be a breach of security or our site is being misused we may be obliged to suspend you from further use of our website for future orders
6 Intellectual Property
6.1 The content of our site is protected by copyright trademarks, database and other intellectual property. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen or save on a disc. You may print one copy for your own use. However you may not store on a server or any other storage device connected to a network.
6.2 You may not use any trademark of Dom Hills Health.
7 Site Availability
7.1 Dom Hills Health endeavours to offer the best possible service. Nonetheless it cannot guarantee that the service will always be without fault or meet all your needs. Should a fault occur we would be grateful if you report it to customer services by email (contact@domhillshealth.co.uk).
7.2 Site access may not always be available as a result of maintenance or the addition of new products.
8 Dom Hills Health Liability
8.1 Dom hills health provides the Site without any warranties or guarantees. The risks associated with use of the Internet shall be borne by you.
8.2 Material from other Internet sites is provided by our Site. We try to ensure this material is of good quality, reputable and within the law we cannot be held responsible if this proves not to be the case.
8.3 Neither can we be held responsible for any technical problems experienced with the Site and we disclaim all liabilities where your equipment links are incompatible or interruptions or errors due to technical problems occur.
8.4 You also accept that we cannot be held responsible to you or any third party for any incidental damage or considerable loss of revenue that are concerned with the Site insofar as applicable law allows.
8.5 Dom Hills Health will not be liable for any medical ailments, defects or illness suffered by the customer from the use of any product. It is down to the sole responsibility of the customer to seek medical advice before purchasing and consuming any products if they’re unsure of any issues that may arise. Any ignorance of these points will be made at the sole responsibility of the customer.
8.6 We will not be made liable for any claims made by any product.
