I believe anyone can achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss, sorting out their IBS, increasing strength, or just getting healthier for a better life. With the right approach of nutrition, exercise, supplementation, accountability and lifestyle changes, anyone can achieve the goal of better health, and a better life.
How Do I Know this!
Through my 12 years as a Health Coach and Personal Trainer in Norwich and Norfolk, I’ve learned a lot, seen a lot, and have helped 100’s of people make amazing changes to their lives. I’ve helped clients who thought they were “past their best”, who now have their best health ever! I’ve worked with clients with IBS and other digestive issues that nobody could get to the root of, and just working with those people who wanted to be generally healthier.
So, what makes me different to other Norwich and Norfolk based coaches?
My focus is NOT being a 1 hour Personal Trainer!
My Ultimate Upgrade coaching is an in depth coaching programme to provide my clients with the results they desire, and more. As a health coach I look deeper into my clients health and wellbeing. I look at a clients overall health, as well as prescribing exercise regimes, coaching them on nutrition, giving bespoke supplementation protocols to their own needs, and lifestyle coaching, because it is more than just working out.
I’ve helped clients in Norwich, and with my online coaching to achieve their goals, and do it while still having a life and not having to live in the gym 24/7. Most of my clients have families and friendship circles, and they want to improve their health to be able to either spend time with their children, still have the time to be able to see their friends and family rather than living in the gym, or go travelling and on holidays without worrying that their health will be the limiting factor.
That’s where I come in!
I plan everything specifically to each individual, no matter what each clients health goals are. I look at the whole picture of a clients health, as well as their fitness goals, because health and fitness go hand in hand. Each client working with me on my 1-2-1 coaching will:
Train with me in person to maximise their results in the gym
Receive a workout plan for any extra sessions they wish to pursue around our session
Receive an in depth nutrition protocol to optimise their health and results
Get a structured supplement protocol, specific to them, their health, and their current needs
Have contact with me personally, throughout the coaching programme, for accountability and support, whenever needed
This is why I don’t class myself as a Personal Trainer anymore, because I understand that achieving your goals is just more than macros and slinging weights.
