I’ve been training with Dom for 9 months now doing 2 sessions a week. I have quite a busy working life and don’t start my sessions with Dom till 7pm! I started as soon as lockdown finished and gyms re-opened. I was around my heaviest weight of nearly 15 stone so my first goal was weight loss and Dom helped me achieved this with a nutritional therapy protocol, training sessions and contact support. My plan was tailored to me since I didn’t want to track calories due to my busy schedule.

Instead we worked by just making smart changes which Dom advised and educated me on, and by the end of month 4 I had lost 3 stone. My sleep was better, I wasn’t tired anymore, I didn’t crave sugar, my dull aches and pains in my legs disappeared which I suffered with for years, and I now had the knowledge to carry forward to better my health for the future.

Since losing the weight we have now been working on maintaining my weight but becoming stronger and building lean muscle. Dom is now pushing more each session and I am already seeing results. I feel so much better in myself and I am a lot healthier now. I can even perform chin ups and dips which I honestly never thought would happen!

I couldn’t recommend Dom enough as he has really helped me, my confidence is through the roof, I feel great, have loads more energy and I just feel so much better overall. If you want a coach that invests in his clients then he is your man!
