I believe anyone can achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss, increasing strength, building muscle, or just getting healthier for a better life. With the right nutrition approach, training plan, and coaching to show and support them a person can achieve whatever goal they wish to achieve.

My name is Dom, and my passion is showing people that anyones goal is achievable. I’m a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in Norwich and also work with clients online worldwide in helping people achieve their goals.

My focus is not being a 1 hour coach.

I use a 360 degree approach to coaching my clients integrating nutrition, training, and lifestyle coaching to provide the results they desire. I look deeper than other coaches as I look at a clients overall health as well as prescribing exercise regimes and coaching them on nutrition. I’ve helped clients with digestive issues get them under control so they no longer have to worry about going out without embarrassing moments. I’ve helped clients finally get a full nights sleep to feel fully restored and rested. Regaining back the energy they once had, and literally rolling back the years on how they look and feel. All these things are what I look at with clients, no matter what their fitness goals are, because health and fitness go hand in hand.
