I’ve been training with Dom for 9 months now doing 2 sessions a week. I have quite a busy working life and don’t start my sessions with Dom till 7pm! I started as soon as lockdown finished and gyms re-opened. I was around my heaviest weight of nearly 15 stone so my first goal was weight loss and Dom helped me achieved this with a nutritional eating plan, training sessions and contact support. My plan was tailored to me since I didn’t want to track calories due to my busy schedule. Instead we worked by just making smart changes which Dom advised and educated me on, and by the end of month 4 I had lost 3 stone.

Since losing the weight we have now been working on maintaining my weight but becoming stronger and building lean muscle. Dom is now pushing more each session and I am already seeing results. I feel so much better in myself and I am a lot healthier now. I can even perform chin ups and dips which I honestly never thought would happen!

I couldn’t recommend Dom enough as he has really helped me, my confidence is through the roof, I feel great, have loads more energy and I just feel so much better overall. If you want a coach that invests in his clients then he is your man!
