1 x personal training session a week with me coaching you towards your goals.
A nutrition plan and coaching providing either a macro tracking plan to aid with dietary freedom for social events or a non-tracking dietary protocol to give you a little more structure.
You’ll receive a workout plan to follow for the sessions you go to the gym alone to continue working towards your goals when you’re not working with me in person.
Unlike many coaches you will have the ability to message me whenever you need to ask me any questions you have.
